- CAREER WORKSHOP
The Career Workshop is designed to help develop the skills you need to achieve your career objectives. It is taught in four units:
- My Goals: Helps you evaluate your talents, interests, and values. You learn how to set goals and develop plans to achieve them.
- My Resources: You learn how to identify and develop the resources you need to reach your goals.
- My Interactions with Resources: You learn how to make powerful impressions while networking, during interviews, and in written material.
- My Continued Success: You learn to negotiate, grow in your new position, and advance in your career.

- SELF-EMPLOYMENT WORKSHOP
The SELF-Employment Workshop is taught in two sessions:
- My Business Goals and Resources
- You will define your business objectives and the skills you have
- You will learn the impact of pricing, location, and competition
- You will identify people to contact for information you need
- My Business Contacts, Business Plan and Success
- You will learn about making powerful impressions
- You will learn the basics of promoting your business
- You will develop an initial business plan that can help you be successful
